Amy and Becky give you their approaches to self-love. What works (and doesn't work) for them. Including: 

  • SEE clearly: 
    • Sleep well 
    • Eat well 
    • Exercise well 
  • Move your body, even if it is just 5-minute morning yoga or getting out for a walk
  • Amy's smoothie recipe which she uses to show her body the love it needs
  • Good self talk
